Our story
Rediscovering strength.
Vaneezeh's Pilates began the way most honest things do: quietly, and with a small group of women who wanted to move well without being watched. What started in a converted garage in 2023 has become a ladies-only sanctuary with two homes in Dubai.
Meet the founder
Vaneezeh.
Vaneezeh trained across Pilates, pre- and postnatal work, and rehabilitation. She teaches the way she wishes she'd been taught first: slowly, kindly, and with real attention to how each woman moves.
“I wanted a room where strong looks like whatever you brought that morning.”
Vaneezeh, founder
2023 — the garage
One reformer, four women, a very quiet morning.
The first sessions were tiny — invited friends, mothers back from long pauses, women recovering from injury. No mirrors, no music louder than a conversation, and no showing off. The idea for Vaneezeh's Pilates was already there: a ladies-only room where the standard is honest, and the tone is warm.
2024 — Nad Al Sheba
A first proper home.
Nad Al Sheba opened with the same principles and a lot more space: a bright, calm room, hand-chosen reformers, and a small team of instructors trained the VS way. Word travelled the way it travels among women who like each other — quietly, and quickly.
“Grace is not softness. It's control worn lightly.”
Vaneezeh, founder
Today — two branches
Al Barsha, and everything since.
Our second home in Al Barsha is a mirror of the first in spirit and a little different in light. Two studios, one standard: small classes, expert teaching, and a room women recognise as theirs the moment they walk in.
Our values
Grace. Strength. Kindness.
Grace
Move with intention. Control worn lightly, not performed.
Strength
Real load, honest cues. Strength that carries into the rest of your day.
Kindness
A room women recognise as theirs. No mirrors to survive, no comparisons to make.
